What is the meaning of the term ‘bulling’ under the Polish Labour Code?
Bullying shall mean any actions or practices related to an employee or conducted against an employee, which consist in persistent and long-lasting harassment or intimidation of the employee and which result in lowering the employee’s assessment of his/her professional usefulness, which cause or are to cause humiliation or ridiculing of the employee, isolation or elimination of the employee from the team of co-workers.
