What are the effects of lack of capacity for legal acts in Poland?

According to the article 13 paragraph 1 of the Polish Civil Code, a legal act performer by a person who does not have a capacity for legal acts is invalid. However, is a person who does not a capacity for legal acts executes a contract of a type commonly in minor current day-to-day matters, this contract becomes valid in the moment it is performer, unless it causes serious harm to the person who does not have capacity for legal acts (article 13 paragraph 2 of the Polish Civil Code).
