Definition of immovables in Poland

What is the legal definition of immovables?

According to article 46 of the Polish Civil Code, immovables are parts of the soil surface which constitute an object of separate ownership (land), as well as buildings permanently connected with the land or parts of such buildings in so far as they constitute, under special provisions, an object of ownership separate from the land.
