Contract of sell of goods in Polish Law

Which party of the contract of sell of goods shall bear the costs of delivery and of receipt of the goods according to the provisions of the Polish Civil Code?

If neither the contract nor the provisions fixing the price specify who is to Bear the costs of delivery and of recept of the goods, the seller shall bear the costs of the delivery, notably thr costs of measuring or weighing, packing, insuring for the period of the carriage as well as the costs of the transport, and the purchaser shall bear the costs of the recept.

However, if the thing is to be sent to a place which is not the place of the performance, the costs of insurance and transport shall be borne by the purchaser.

 Other costs shall be borne by both parties in equal parts.
