What should specify a deed of registered partnership in Poland?
According to article 25 of the Polish Commercial Companies Code, a deed of registered partnership shall include in particular:
- business name and seat of the partnership;
- specification of contributions made by each partner and their values;
- the object of the partnership's activity;
- lifetime of the partnership if defined.
