When a polish bailiff has the right to demand that you pay your amounts due, our advice is to pay the debt as soon as possible.

On the contrary, when the execution is not justified, you may employ the following legal measures with our assistance:

• pre-execution claim, being a trial activity in which the rationale or admissibility of the execution proceedings is questioned.
  For developing a pre-execution claim we charge the net fee of PLN 1,000. Court representation is not included in the fee.
• Complaints about bailiff’s actions, against inappropriate actions taken by the bailiff. When a complaint is made, the actions taken by the bailiff are examined and assessed by the court. Our fee for developing a complaint about bailiff’s actions is PLN 500 net.
